  Hermes Parcel Shop is a new parcel collection service, with over 4,500 nationwide ParcelShops open from early until late, 7 days a week.

  You can collect your order from your nearest Hermes Parcel Shop. Just bring your collection code and ID with you when collecting your order.

  Your order will be held at the store for 10 days, before being returned back to us at boohoo. Delivery to your nearest ParcelShops will be between 12:00 and 18:00. You will receive regular SMS messages keeping you up to date on your delivery. A form of identification will need to be produced when collecting the parcel

  Collect your order from nearly 1,200 InPost lockers nationwide.

  All InPost lockers are accessible 24/7 meaning no more queues or waiting in, enabling you to collect your order at your earliest convenience in as little as 7 seconds! Simply choose the locker that’s most convenient for you - whether that’s close to home, work, gym or another place you frequently visit. Orders will arrive in lockers between 12pm and 7pm and will be held in the locker for 72 hours.

• Returns info

  Ireland returns are €2.50 using the returns portal. €2.50 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount. Returns are FREE for Coast VIP customers.

  We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days from the date your parcel arrived.

  Orders placed between 17th November and 18th December can be returned until the 15th January 2023. Orders placed on or after 18th December have the usual 30 days to return.

  For hygiene reason, once the seal has been opened on fashion face masks, cosmetics or pierced jewellery, these items can no longer be returned. We please ask you try on swimwear and lingerie over your own underwear and ensure to keep the seal intact.
