1. Apply a generous amount of facial cream or facial oil to your skin. 2. Ensure the product is fully charged using the USB cable. 3. To turn on the device, press and hold the power button. 4. To check the battery status, press the power button briefly—4 illuminated dots indicate a full charge. 5. Once powered on, the device will begin vibrating automatically. 6. If left unused, the device will shut down automatically after 2 minutes. 7. The product features a heating function that reaches approximately 45°C. Test the warmth on your skin, and discontinue use if it feels too hot or uncomfortable. 8. Use the device for 5-10 minutes, applying light pressure as you massage the targeted areas, similar to using a traditional gua sha tool. 9. Research proper gua sha massage techniques online to ensure effective and safe use. Remember, gua sha should involve light pressure and should never cause discomfort or harm to the skin. 10. The device is made from food-grade stainless steel for safe and durable use.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer returns or refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics (including beauty products), pierced jewellery, vitamins and supplements, medicines, toiletries, swimwear or lingerie and adult toys if the product or item has been used, if the hygiene or product seal has been broken or is no longer in place or if the product is not in its original packaging (if applicable), unless faulty.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn, unwashed with the original labels attached. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors.
