LUXURY LINER is a mechanical pencil-style liner with a built-in sharpener. It has a soft and creamy formula, which delivers an intense, rich, colour deposit. Dries quickly to a waterproof, non-smudge finish. Provides both thin precision and thick lines.

First sharpen with built in sharpener. Starting with a thin line in the inside corner, trace a line along the lash line of the upper eyelid, that thickens as it reaches the outside corner of the eye. Ingredients: CYCLOPENTASILOXANE, TRIMETHYLSILOXYSILICATE, OZOKERITE, POLYETHYLENE, PHENYL TRIMETHICONE, EUPHORBIA CERIFERA (CANDELILLA) WAX, LECITHIN, RETINYL PALMITATE, TOCOPHERYL ACETATE, MACADAMIA TERNIFOLIA (MACADAMIA) SEED OIL, PROPYLENE GLYCOL DICAPRYLATE/DICAPRATE, TOCOPHEROL, ASCORBYL PALMITATE, NYMPHAEA ALBA (WATER LILY) FLOWER EXTRACT, CITRIC ACID, DEHYDROACETIC ACID, BHT, PROPYLPARABEN, METHYLPARABEN, SORBIC ACID, SODIUM DEHYDROACETATE. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
