Preparation: Cleanse your face thoroughly and let it air dry, or gently pat dry with a soft towel. Avoid harsh rubbing. For a better experience and to protect the device, you may apply your favorite serum or use the included disposable mask liners. Setup: 3. Attach the elastic headbands to the mask and connect it to the power control box. 4. Position the mask comfortably on your face, adjusting the straps around your ears for a secure, gentle fit. Operation: 5. To Start: Long-press the power button for 3 seconds. The device will turn on with the default light setting. 6. To Change Light Mode: Short-press the power button to cycle through the different colored light therapies (e.g., Red, Blue, Green). The colors will change automatically with each press. 7. Relax in a comfortable position for your recommended session time (15-30 minutes). Avoid reading, using screens, or performing tasks that require focused vision. Post-Treatment & Care: 8. After your session, turn off the mask, disconnect it, and remove it from your face. 9. Cleanse your face if desired and follow with your regular skincare routine. 10. Gently wipe the inside of the mask with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Store the device in a clean, dry place.
