  Hermes Parcel Shop is a new parcel collection service, with over 4,500 nationwide ParcelShops open from early until late, 7 days a week.

  You can collect your order from your nearest Hermes Parcel Shop. Just bring your collection code and ID with you when collecting your order.

  Your order will be held at the store for 10 days, before being returned back to us at boohoo. Delivery to your nearest ParcelShops will be between 12:00 and 18:00. You will receive regular SMS messages keeping you up to date on your delivery. A form of identification will need to be produced when collecting the parcel

  Coast UK returns are free and easy!

  We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so within 60 days from the date your parcel arrived.

  Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
