Clinique Quickliner For Eyes Intense in 08 Midnight is a long-wearing, transfer-resistant eye pencil with a silky glide and a built-in smudge-tip for easy blending. The self-sharpening, extend-only formula is water-resistant and ophthalmologist tested. Swivel up only 1/8 inch to apply; line eyes and use the smudge-tip to soften for a smoky effect. Allow colour to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap after use. Can be worn alone or over eyeshadow and removed with eye makeup remover.
