How to use− Getting the best from your Daylight Oil Apply 4 drops to the back of your hand and then using your fingers, put the oil on your forehead, cheeks, chin, nose, and neck. Gently massage the oil into your skin. After you have applied the oil to your skin, inhale for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 4 seconds, and then exhale for 4 seconds. Important info Do a skin test in the crease of your elbow before applying to your face to make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients. In case of eye contact with the product, clean gently with vegetable oil. Do not use it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Not suitable for children under 6-years-old. We advise individuals who suffer from allergies in particular Geraniol, Linalool to do a preliminary test in the crease of the elbow before using.
