This UV Festival palette includes 10 showstopping colors from electric UV colors to vanishing chrome finishes, this Mix Cake palette covers all the beats.

Wet fine liner brush with water. Use the wet brush and mix it into the product very well. Apply once a creamy consistency is achieved (like melted ice-cream). Wet brush further and continue mixing if the texture is too thick. Let the product fully air dry before storing away.
