OatSoak Dissolvable Oats for the Bath 500g - What is Colloidal Oatmeal? Just oats, but we work and rework them to the point they completely disperse in water. This way they cling to the skin and lock in moisture. Lots of time and energy goes in to this process, so whilst there's only one ingredient, we really get the best out of it.

Add two heaped tablespoons to a warm bath and enjoy a 15-20 min soak, break up any lumps with your fingers. Pat gently dry.

Also, footwear must be tried on indoors.
