Herbal Essentials Purifying Toner With Neem Extract and Peppermint Oil is an oil balancing natural toner containing Himalayan Active Water to boost epidermal skin cell renewal, Neem and cooling Peppermint Oil to gently refresh the skin and help remove excess sebum. This alcohol-free mattifying, purifying toner helps to control shine and help reduce the appearance of pores without stripping the skin barrier.

AM and PM: Using a cotton pad or your hands, apply to cleansed skin morning and evening. Follow with your favourite Herbal Essentials moisturiser. Full Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Pentylene Glycol, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Disodium EDTA, Parfum (Fragrance), Ethylhexylglycerin, Citric Acid, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Azadirachta Indica Leaf Extract, Tocopherol, Cl 19140 (Yellow 5), Cl 42090 (Blue 1).
