The botanical name of Sweet Almond Oil is Prunus Amygdalu Dulcis. Native to the Middle East and South Asia, the almond tree has spread to various regions including southern Europe and warmer parts of the United States. Our Sweet Almond Oil is produced in the USA and is obtained through cold pressing the seeds of the almond fruit. Known for its rich content of vitamins and antioxidants, this oil is ideal for sensitive, dry, and oily skin. It is believed to help reduce acne, boost collagen production, and protect the skin from potential sun damage. Additionally, it has mild anti-inflammatory properties and is often used as a carrier oil in cosmetics. It is also widely used in massage therapy to alleviate muscle pain and soreness. The oil is pale yellow to golden yellow in color and is almost odorless with a very light texture. With a shelf life of one year, our Sweet Almond Oil is carefully selected, often sourced directly from primary producers, and undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure purity
