Supporting the outer corner of your eye, to help with the application, apply the pencil along the top of your upper lashes. Pressing with light to medium pressure, start from the inner part of the eye extending out to the edge of the eye. For added definition, use the flat edge of the pencil to gently apply a line along the lower lashes.
