Step 1. Twist open the Pre-Stain remover. use the oral swab applicator attached to the tab and scrub the upper and lower teeth. Step 2. Remove the white cap on the Whitening Agent Syringe, screw on the syringe tip and squeeze out 1/2ml of the Whitening Gel onto the front section of the upper arch of your exisitng tray so the gel will cover the front part of your upper teeth during treatment. Repeat this process for the lower arch of the tray. Step 3. Switch your existing LED Light on and place mouth tray over bother upper and lower arches: and leave in mouth for 15-20 minutes. Refrain from eating or drinking for 15 minutes after treatment. Keep away from eyes. Not Suitable for children under 16 years of age. Not recommended if pregnant or nursing. Do not swallow. Rinse the mouth with water after use. If irritation or sensitisation persists discontinue use.
